Speakers | AARON& Joy SAMPLES
Pastor Aaron Samples, a native of Tennessee, was brought up in a Christian home, received Christ as his Saviour as a teenager, received Bible college degrees in Pastoral Theology and Master of Ministry, and has served the Lord for over 25 years with his wife Joy. He served as an assistant and youth pastor in Illinois for 12 years and has now been pastoring in Ohio for more than 13 years. God has blessed Pastor Samples and his wife with more than 25 years of marriage and 3 wonderful children.
Mrs. Joy Samples was privileged to grow up in a Christian home and received Christ as her Saviour when she was a child. After surrendering to God's call to serve Him with her life, she attended Bible college, where she met Pastor Samples. After graduation, they were joyfully married and began to serve the Lord together. She considers her 25 years of marriage with Pastor Samples and motherhood to her 3 beautiful children to be the most precious gifts God has given her.
Speaker | DREW SIKMA
Pastor Drew Sikma grew up in northwest Indiana and went to college in Wisconsin. He came to Michigan to intern at Ann Arbor Baptist Church in the summer of 2017 and then moved to Ann Arbor permanently in January of 2018. Drew serves as music pastor and leads young adult ministries at the church. In addition, a large part of his role is leading the Collegians for Christ campus ministry at the University of Michigan. This includes leading a weekly Bible study on campus, organizing outreach events, as well as counseling and discipling students one-on-one. In his campus ministry capacity, Drew also serves on the executive board of the University of Michigan’s Association of Religious Counselors. Drew’s life goal is to make God famous on the campus of the University of Michigan and to create committed disciples of Jesus Christ. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Moody Theological Seminary.

Pastor Will Esayenko was born and raised in Alberta. At a young age, he surrendered to full-time Christian service. During his late teen years and into his twenties, he walked away from the Lord. In 2012, a car accident jarred him back to the mission God had called him to. During Bible school, God powerfully met with him and directed him into a ministry of church planting and church revitalization. He became the pastor of HBC and is excited about the growth the church has experienced. Will has a passion for both evangelism and discipleship and feels very privileged to have been called into full-time Christian service!

Pastor Jason Bueckert Pastor Jason Bueckert and his wife Erin, have been faithfully serving our Lord together for the past twenty-two years. God has blessed them with five beautiful daughters and a heart to see people come to know Christ and develop a genuine relationship with Him. Being raised in a pastor's home, he had a head knowledge of what it meant to be a Christian, but did not truly accept Christ as his Lord and Savior until he was an adult. This gives him the ability to relate to a broad range of people and an insatiable longing to see people give their hearts to Christ before their lives are in ruins.
